Bénédicte Pascal

Bénédicte Pascal is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in intellectual property and business law. Bénédicte began the career as an IP Legal Counsel at April, focusing on Free and Open Source Software advocacy. Bénédicte then served as an Attorney at Intel Corporation, providing global legal support for the Developer Relations Division, followed by a role as Sole Counsel EU at Nest Labs, where Bénédicte led legal affairs for product launches in Europe. Bénédicte briefly worked at ARM as Corporate Counsel before returning to Google, first as Product Counsel for Google One and later for Nest's expansion in APAC. Currently, Bénédicte holds the position of Senior Product Counsel at Google. Bénédicte's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and two Master's degrees in Business Law and Intellectual Property Law from Université Paris Nanterre and Universités Paris I - Paris XI, respectively.
