Bernard Uwineza has a robust background in electrical and computer engineering with a focus on applied mathematics, having earned a Bachelor of Science from California Baptist University and a Master of Science from the University of California, Riverside. As a research assistant at the Video Computing Group at UCR, Bernard designed and developed computer vision algorithms.
