Bernardo Pires

Bernardo Pires is a Staff Software Engineer at Google, where they lead a small team focused on developing machine learning models for video safety. They have prior experience as a Student Research Assistant at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, where they implemented algorithms and co-authored a research paper on microfluidics. Bernardo holds a Master’s and Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
