Bernie Thompson is an experienced technical program manager with a strong background in systems integration and embedded systems. At Google, Bernie led the ChromeOS Platform T/PgM Organization, scaling it to over 35 program managers and overseeing the integration of engineering efforts for ChromeOS releases across multiple systems. Bernie effectively collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance engineering productivity and product quality. Prior to Google, Bernie worked at Texas Instruments as an embedded systems applications engineer, managing customer relationships and resolving technical issues across various product lines. Bernie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Penn State University.
