Beth Foster

Beth Foster possesses extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, marketing, and strategic roles across various organizations. Foster began as a Research Analyst at The Trafalgar Partnership (2006-2007) and has since held multiple significant positions at Google from 2020 to 2021, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager and Chief of Staff for the Black Googler Network in EMEA. Additional roles at Google included Social Strategist for Google+, Account Strategist, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead for Google Cloud EMEA, where tasks involved driving representation and measuring marketing effectiveness. Currently, Beth Foster serves as a Trustee Board Member for the Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust since July 2021 and previously worked in sales, marketing, and investor relations at Elgin Capital (2007-2008).
