Bhavya Daya

Bhavya Daya is an experienced CPU Architect currently employed at Google since May 2025, following a career that includes significant roles at Intel and Intel Federal LLC. Daya's expertise encompasses a range of technical fields, including innovative dataflow accelerator architecture, memory network design, and front-end logic design. Key contributions include leading the architectural development of reservation stations and scheduling mechanisms, as well as enhancing hardware prefetchers and memory dependency prediction in CPUs. Daya has a solid academic foundation with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earned in 2015, alongside previous roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Intern.
