Billy Li is an experienced technical and business operations leader with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and supply chain management. From September 2014 to February 2017, Billy served as Technical Leader at Cisco Cloud Services, overseeing cloud capacity planning and management for over 14 datacenters globally. Prior to that, Billy held various program management roles at Google from January 2014 to October 2019, focusing on supply chain AI and global infrastructure planning.
