Bonnie Beard

Bonnie Beard has extensive experience in human resources and technology integration, spanning over two decades. At Flowserve, Bonnie served as Director of HR Systems and Technology, managing global HR solutions for over 16,000 employees, including employee portals and data integrity initiatives. Previous roles at Freescale Semiconductor included University Relations and Recruitment Manager, Professional Recruiter, and Technical Program Manager, where Bonnie led global HR systems and project management for SAP HR functions. Since September 2011, Bonnie has been with Google, contributing to various technical program management roles across areas such as Unified Fulfillment Optimization and data center execution while also supporting HR technology initiatives like Workday implementation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Development Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
