Braden Powell

Braden Powell is a Senior Commercial Counsel at Google, specializing in technology transactions and intellectual property for Google Cloud. They previously served as an Associate Commercial Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Google, and have extensive experience in intellectual property law from their tenure at Morrison & Foerster LLP and Gunderson Dettmer. Braden holds a J.D. from Stanford University Law School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University. Early in their career, they contributed to several patent applications as a College Student Technical Specialist at Lockheed Martin and completed an electrical engineering internship at Novatek.
