Brandon Bai is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in machine learning and personalization. Starting as a Software Engineer at PeakStream, Inc. from April 2003 to May 2005, Brandon transitioned to Google in November 2011, where roles included Senior Staff Software Engineer, leading personalization and machine learning for Google Search Ads until January 2014, and later overseeing quality and machine learning for Google Shopping Ads. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering for Search and Shopping Ads Quality at Google since February 2021, Brandon leads multiple teams in developing advanced machine learning models.
