Brian Gibson

Brian Gibson has a robust background in technical operations and maintenance, beginning with service in the US Navy as a Nuke Electrician from March 2000 to March 2006, where responsibilities included overseeing the operation and maintenance of naval nuclear submarine reactor and propulsion systems. Following military service, Brian worked at Cincinnati Incorporated as an Engineering CNC Laser Field Service Technician from March 2006 to August 2011, gaining extensive field service experience in installing and maintaining industrial metal cutting lasers. Since August 2011, Brian has been employed at Google Inc. as a Data Center Facilities Technician, focusing on predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of datacenter equipment such as UPS machines and cooling systems, as well as participating in operational duties and emergency response scenarios. Brian holds a Military 2-year Technical Training degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
