Brian Urbanek possesses extensive experience in technical support, training, and curriculum development across various organizations. Beginning a career at HEB as a Customer Service Carryout, initial roles included positions at CompUSA and Dell, where Brian developed foundational skills in technical support and sales. Progressing to roles such as Technical Support and Enterprise Technical Training at Dell, expertise in e-Learning and instructional design was gained, particularly through the development of training programs using the ADDIE model. Subsequent positions included Implementation Consultant at Cornerstone OnDemand and Training Operations Manager at Luminex Corporation.
