Brittany Taylor, M.A., possesses a diverse background in education and technical recruitment. Brittany began her career as a Teacher at Uplift Education, earning the title of Teacher of the Year in 2012, and continued as a Teacher within the Dallas Independent School District. After roles as an Instructional Coach and Talent Pipeline Coordinator, Brittany transitioned to the corporate sector, serving as a Technical Sourcer at Google, where recruitment focused on cloud software and engineering roles. Currently, as a Technical Recruiter at Google, Brittany specializes in hiring for customer engineering and field sales positions across Central North America. Additional experience includes serving as a Talent Partner at IDEA Public Schools and an intern at the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Brittany holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The King’s University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Texas A&M University.
