Brittney Ruiz

Brittney Ruiz is a seasoned professional in the field of staffing and sourcing, currently serving as a Staffing/Sourcing Leader in both the Google Public Sector and Cloud divisions since February 2012. At Google, Brittney leads a team dedicated to identifying top Technical Solutions innovators for various business areas globally, having successfully sourced and hired over 100 Software Engineers during a previous role as a Technical Sourcer focused on the West Coast. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, contributing to full-cycle recruitment for the Amazon team, and an internship in web design at Findood.com. Brittney holds a B.A. in Individualized Studies with a focus on Technical Design from the University of Washington, completed in 2010.
