Bryan Spence

Bryan Spence is a Staff User Experience Researcher at Google, where they lead research initiatives for Google Play Points and other loyalty programs. Previously, they held roles in design research at various organizations, including The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Root Inc., where they focused on user research management and insights generation. Bryan earned a Master's Degree from the Institute of Design and a BA in Organizational Studies and Psychology from the University of Michigan. Their diverse experience spans education, user experience research, and design strategy.
