Buchi Liu

Buchi (Eli) Liu possesses extensive experience in strategy consulting and agency development across major companies such as IBM Global Business Services and Google. At IBM from March 2012 to May 2015, Liu played a key role in transformative consultancy projects, facilitating stakeholder engagement, leading workshops, and conducting market research, while contributing to high-profile projects in healthcare investment and digital strategy implementations. Since May 2015 at Google, Liu advanced through various roles, ultimately serving as Director of China Agency for Google Customer Solutions, showcasing expertise in agency management and development. Liu's academic background includes a B.A. with First Class Honors from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, an MSc from The London School of Economics, and participation as a visiting student at the University of California, Berkeley.
