Buzzy Busby

Buzzy (Richard) Busby is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in technical support, systems architecture, and customer engagement. Buzzy began a career in technical support at Infinity Solutions and Veritas, followed by a role as a Systems Engineer at Symantec. Buzzy later held various positions at Amazon Web Services, including Principal Solutions Architect and Senior Manager of Event Outfitters, where Buzzy’s team significantly impacted customer experiences through events and hands-on workshops. Currently serving as the Field CTO for Google Cloud in New Zealand, Buzzy leads the Customer Engineering team, focusing on enabling clients to successfully adopt Google Cloud solutions. Buzzy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington.
