Caitlin Burns possesses a diverse background in customer service, marketing, and operations, with significant experience in both the retail and tech industries. From May 2007 to May 2013, Caitlin served as a Cashier and Aprons Meals Clerk at Publix, excelling as a top seller through effective communication and presentation skills. During a tenure at the University of Central Florida from December 2011 to December 2012 as a Guest Services Associate, Caitlin provided exceptional customer service and managed technical aspects of study locations. As a Marketing Coordinator, Caitlin led a cross-functional team to achieve notable increases in social media engagement, student space utilization, and contributed to budget growth through successful marketing campaigns. Caitlin further honed leadership skills as President of the Knightmare Advisory Board, improving student attendance at athletic events. Experience with Google included roles as Operations Coordinator, Analyst, and Program Manager, where Caitlin focused on optimizing processes and supporting staff.
