Caitlin Tan is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Google, currently focusing on Cloud Applied AI after previously contributing to the Cloud Healthcare & Life Science team. Caitlin started their career as a User Research Intern at athenahealth, where they analyzed motivation factors for front desk administrative staff. They then served as an Associate User Researcher at Spotify, helping develop the Creator Marketplace and the Spotify for Artists platform. Caitlin also holds a Bachelor of Science in Brain & Cognitive Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
