Caitlyn Friscia has extensive experience in both strategic development and customer experience management across various industries. Starting as a Research Intern at Public Opinion Strategies in 2006, Caitlyn progressed to roles such as Finance and Operations Coordinator at Appalachia Service Project, Inc. and Program Manager for Strategic Development at Impact Carbon. Caitlyn co-founded Farmcation and served as an International Business Development Consultant at PlayStation. At Google, Caitlyn held multiple positions, culminating as Head of Customer Experience Strategy & Operations for Payments since July 2022. Caitlyn holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a BA in Public Policy Studies and Cultural Anthropology from Duke University.
