Calvin Kyaw

Calvin Kyaw is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in camera technology and product engineering. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University, Calvin began as a Graduate Research Assistant before moving to Aptina Imaging where roles included Sr. Product Engineer and Manager of Product Engineering. Calvin then served as an Imaging QA Engineer at Micron Technology before taking on the position of Camera Design Lead at Apple, where tenure lasted seven years. In recent roles at Google, including Manager of Pixel Camera Module Architecture and Camera Engineering Manager for Nest, Calvin has continued to lead in camera hardware engineering.
