Candace Aku, PMP, MSPM, is an experienced industrial engineer and program manager with a diverse background in operations and project management. Beginning an internship at Lowe's Regional Distribution Center, Candace analyzed time studies and developed equipment models, later expanding skills as a Field Industrial Engineer at Lowe's Home Improvement, where responsibilities included labor standards development and facility layout changes. Transitioning to Google, Candace progressed from a Datacenter Technician to a Senior Technical Solutions Manager, overseeing a Global Networking Program across multiple data centers and leading cross-functional initiatives. With a Master of Science in Project Management from The Citadel, Candace is committed to enhancing organizational efficiency and fostering inclusive workplace environments.
