Cara de Ferranti

Cara de Ferranti is a Senior User Experience Researcher and Registered Psychologist with a rich background in organizational psychology and market research. They specialize in UI design, usability testing, and information architecture, bringing expertise in cognitive principles to enhance human-computer interaction. Cara has held roles from HR Manager and Systems Trainer to Senior UX Consultant and Resource Manager, and currently works as a UX Researcher at Google. They hold a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University and a Bachelor's degree with First Class Honours in Psychology from the University of South Australia.
