Cara Silver is a highly experienced research and design professional with a strong background in user experience and product management. Having served as a Research Director for self-employed projects, Cara managed international research initiatives for multinational clients, including leadership for Studio D Radiodurans. Previous roles at Microsoft involved directing UX research teams for communication products and driving organizational culture changes to enhance efficiency and inclusiveness. As a Sr. UX Researcher at Verily Life Sciences, Cara developed innovative user experience processes while building a research team to accelerate project timelines. Additional experience includes positions at Google, TEDxTokyo, and frog, showcasing expertise across various sectors, particularly in healthcare and product design. Cara holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Design Methodology and a Bachelor's degree in Biomechanical Engineering and Biochemistry from Stanford University.
