Carmen Mayali

Carmen Mayali is a seasoned People Development Leader currently at Google. With past roles including Senior Director of Talent & Organizational Development at Sephora and various positions at Google focused on organizational development, Carmen has consistently driven initiatives that enhance workforce efficiency and employee engagement. Prior experience also includes impactful work at the YMCA of San Francisco, where significant fundraising and operational improvements were achieved.
