Carol Pincu has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, having held various leadership roles across multiple companies. At Marvell Semiconductor, Carol served as Senior Director of Design Technology from August 2016 to May 2022 and previously as Director of Backend Technologies from November 1999 to August 2016. Prior to that, Carol worked as a Layout Manager at IC com from 1995 to 1999 and as a Layout Designer at Motorola Semi from 1990 to 1995. Currently, Carol is the Physical Design Manager at Google since January 2025, and recently held the position of AVP of Switching Physical Engineering at Marvell Technology from May 2022 to January 2025.
