Caroline Levens

Caroline Levens is currently the Head of Education & Workforce at Google, where they lead national strategies for Grow with Google's education initiatives, forming partnerships across the U.S. education sector to help close the digital skills gap. Previously, Caroline gained experience as a Public Relations Intern at both the Stamps Family Charitable Foundation and Norwegian Cruise Line, contributing to communication strategies and campaigns. They also held various roles at Google from 2015 to 2025, including Public Sector & GTM Lead, before ascending to their current position. Caroline is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology while having graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Miami.
