Carolyn Straub

Carolyn Straub currently serves as the Workspace Area Process Lead at Google, a role commenced in January 2023, where responsibilities include leading the program management team for Google Drive and its suite of editors while also establishing process and operational standards across all Workspace Products to enhance developer velocity and efficiency. From July 2018 to the present, Carolyn held the position of Senior Manager of Program Management, focusing on complex initiatives, resource strategy, and user collaboration in Cloud content. Prior experience includes various program management roles at Google, notably in Trust and Safety and Consumer Operations, along with earlier roles as an Administrative Assistant and Project Manager. Carolyn began a career with a Fellowship at the Fulbright Commission after earning a BA in Ethnic Studies, English, and Philosophy with a high GPA from the University of San Diego.
