Casey Madden

Casey Madden has over a decade of experience at Google, currently serving as a People Consultant (HRBP) since May 2010, where expertise lies in providing empathetic HR support, consulting with executives on organizational design, talent strategies, and performance management. Prior roles include managing leadership development training tailored for women leaders and enhancing communication skills and emotional intelligence within the organization. Casey also led Google's largest early-career leadership program, overseeing extensive training initiatives globally, and supported senior directors as an Administrative Business Partner. Earlier professional experiences include freelance writing and an internship at San Francisco Magazine. Casey holds a B.A. in History of Art from the University of California, Berkeley.
