Cassian Horowitz

Cassian Horowitz is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic and digital communications. Currently serving as the Head of Executive Digital Communications at Google since September 2025, Cassian has also held significant roles including Head of Strategic Communications & Digital at 10 Downing Street and Special Adviser to the Chancellor at HM Treasury. As a co-founder of The Clerkenwell Brothers, Cassian was instrumental in establishing a creative agency with in-house production capabilities. Previous experience includes roles as an Assistant Producer at ITV, Shiver TV, and contributions to various notable programs like the Andrew Marr Show and the C4 Alternative Election Night. Cassian holds a Master’s degree in Television Journalism from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Politics from the University of Bristol.
