Catherine McDonnell

Catherine McDonnell has extensive experience in various roles within prominent companies, including BT Ireland and Google. At BT Ireland, Catherine served as an Order Operations Executive, focusing on order integration and relationships with Service Delivery teams, and later worked as a Business Analyst, gathering and defining requirements for seamless communication between business and IT teams. At Google, Catherine held multiple positions, including Product Manager for the Sales Engineering Team, where internal tools were developed to address key business challenges. As Programme Manager for GEO Engineering Operations, Catherine provided strategic direction for Geo Data Operations, especially in Local Data and Machine Learning initiatives. Additional roles included Global Product GTM Strategy Manager for Global Partnerships and Strategic Customer Experience Programme Manager, where strategies were created to enhance the SMB Customer Experience. Catherine holds a BSc in Information Systems Development and an MSc in Strategic Management from Technological University Dublin.
