Chairy Cheung is an experienced UX professional with a diverse background in design and program management. Cheung began a career at CiSRA as a Usability Specialist from February 2005 to August 2008 before moving to Microsoft, where roles included UX Designer for Windows & Windows Live, Senior UX Designer for Machine Learning & Data Platform and Microsoft conversational AI, and Program Manager for Power Query from August 2008 to September 2010. Cheung transitioned to Google, serving as Staff Interaction Designer for Cloud Developer Experience from October 2018 to April 2022 and currently as UX Manager for Developer and DevOps Experience since April 2022. Cheung holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering and Psychology with Honors from the University of New South Wales, completed in 2004.
