Chandni Agarwal

Chandni Agarwal has extensive experience in patent operations and management, beginning as a Patent Engineer at Motorola India Pvt. Ltd. (July 2006 - January 2009) where responsibilities included patent drafting and prosecution in communication technologies. Chandni advanced to Team Lead - IPO at Motorola Mobile Devices (February 2009 - November 2010), overseeing team management and quality control. At Motorola Mobility (November 2010 - April 2014), Chandni served as Manager - India Patent Operations, contributing to the development of processes for patent preparation and prosecution. Currently, as the Head of Patent Quality Team at Google (January 2018 - Present), Chandni focuses on enhancing patent portfolio quality and implementing metrics for efficient patent lifecycle management. Chandni holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Management Development Institute (2010 - 2013) and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Bharat Institute of Technology (2002 - 2006).
