Chao Chang

Chao Chang is a highly experienced data scientist with a strong educational background in statistics, holding a PhD from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS from Sun Yat-Sen University. Chao's career includes an internship at Microsoft China focused on the EIAC project, where responsibilities included client negotiations, requirements documentation, developer communication, project scheduling, and software quality assurance. Chao advanced to hold positions at Google, beginning as a Staff Data Scientist and later serving as a Senior Data Scientist, contributing to various data-driven projects. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at eBay Inc. in the Search Science team, where Chao developed algorithms to enhance search result navigation.
