Charina Chou

Charina Chou is the Chief Operating Officer of Google Quantum AI, where they lead innovative initiatives in technology and policy development. Previously, they served as a White House Fellow at the Office of Science and Technology Policy, managing projects focused on advanced materials and open education. Charina is also the founder of Sciimpact, an organization that promotes science and technology among underserved high school students in the Bay Area. Their academic background includes a PhD in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Chemistry from Stanford University.
