Charles Lau

Charles Lau, MD, MBA, currently serves as an Associate Clinical Professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, a position held since July 2020, transitioning to Clinical Professor in July 2025. Lau's extensive experience includes serving as Director of Diagnostic Radiology at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Chief of the Section of Thoracic Imaging at Cleveland Clinic, and various roles within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' radiology departments. Additional notable positions include Co-Founder of RADIOLOGiQ, LLC, and Research Radiologist at Google. Lau's academic accomplishments are supported by a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania, alongside multiple fellowships in Cardiothoracic and Vascular & Interventional Radiology. A Master of Business Administration was obtained from Cleveland State University.
