Currently, Charles serves as an author for Berrett-Koehler Publishers and is the founder of the Community Deans Project, where they explore innovative community connections for a healthier future. Previously, Charles was a founding member and strategy advisor for the Google Vitality Lab, advising on global health and performance for over 100,000 Googlers during the COVID pandemic. Charles has produced award-winning social impact documentary films and holds a Master of Divinity from Yale University, where they focused on spiritual traditions, ethics, and business.
