Charlie Yang

Charlie Yang is a Senior Software Engineer at Google, where they focus on AI software development for highly scalable customer-facing applications, particularly in education and healthcare. Prior to this role, they worked as a software engineer at Shopify and Intel Corporation, and served as a teaching assistant at the University of Toronto. Charlie began their academic journey at St. Michael's College School, earning an Ontario Secondary School Diploma, and later graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science. Their research experience includes positions at the Institute of Biomaterials and Biomedical Engineering and the Vector Institute.
