Charlotte MacKinnon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and public relations. Beginning as a Fellow at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Charlotte contributed to consumer team initiatives for notable clients while honing media monitoring and reporting skills. Subsequent roles at TMP Worldwide included positions as Metrics Analyst, Senior Metrics Analyst Team Lead, and ultimately, Director of Analytic Services, where Charlotte managed a team of analysts, enhanced metrics offerings, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.
