Chelsea M.

Chelsea M. possesses extensive experience in user experience (UX) research and education, spanning over a decade. Positions include roles as a UX Researcher and Senior UX Researcher at Google, and currently as a Staff UX Researcher at Google since October 2023. Prior experience includes adjunct professorships at Regis University and Metropolitan State University of Denver, as well as research and coordination roles at the Center for Community Engagement and Service Learning and the Muhlenberg College Institute of Public Opinion. Chelsea M. holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology with a focus on Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Denver, as well as a Master’s Degree in Cognitive Psychology from the same institution and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and French from Muhlenberg College. Expertise includes designing and conducting user-centered research, identifying usability issues, and implementing various research methodologies.
