Chin-Wei Chang

Chin-Wei Chang has extensive experience in hardware engineering, with a focus on telecommunications and data center technologies. From November 2008 to June 2009, Chin-Wei worked as an Engineer at ASUS, developing wireless products and gaining EMC design experience. Following this, a position as a Senior Engineer at BandRich involved managing project schedules and designing RF circuits and PCBs. From February 2011 to March 2015, as a Principal Engineer at HTC, responsibilities included RF board design and optimization for customer requirements. A transition to Broadcom from April 2015 to August 2017 involved planning and developing Ethernet switch systems, including high-speed designs. Chin-Wei then served as a Sr. Engineer at Mediatek, focusing on data center switch reference design and high power circuit development. Since May 2019, Chin-Wei has been working at Google, contributing to the Laptop and Tablet Engineering team and the ChromeOS team as a hardware partner engineering lead. Chin-Wei holds a Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from National Chiao Tung University.
