Chris Alwan

Chris Alwan has over 25 years of experience in construction management and corporate real estate. Alwan's career began at Devcon Construction as a Project Manager, followed by roles at Pulte Homes as a Development Manager and various senior management positions at Trammell Crow Company and Howard S. Wright Constructors. At CB Richard Ellis, Alwan directed project management for Google’s tenant improvement and build-to-suit projects in the Americas. Since 2013, Alwan has held the position of Director of Corporate Real Estate at Google, focusing on the development of global work environments and cross-functional collaboration to enhance employee experiences. Currently, Alwan serves as President of the Board of Directors for The Campus at Playa Vista Corporation. Educational qualifications include a BS in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
