Chris Bae is an experienced engineer with a strong background in product development and process engineering in the electronics industry. Starting at Samsung Electro-Mechanics from December 1999 to April 2009, Chris served as a Product Development Engineer and Senior Engineer, focusing on embedded active and passive components and special etching processes. From May 2009 to May 2011, Chris advanced to a Senior Engineer role at LG Innotek, leading projects for FCCSP product development in collaboration with Qualcomm. Chris further enhanced expertise at Samsung Electronics from March 2017 to March 2024 as a Senior Principal Engineer, specializing in custom SOC package development, LSI product development, and low-cost packaging solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Package Engineer at Google since 2024, Chris continues to leverage extensive knowledge gained from previous roles.
