Chris Boronow is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience across multiple leading technology companies. At Microsoft, Chris served as a Senior Software Development Engineer, focusing on Azure HostAgent and improving VM availability and platform reliability. As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, Chris led a diverse team within the Azure control plane for JEDI. Prior to Microsoft, Chris was a Principal Software Engineering Manager at Intel Corporation and a Senior Software Engineer at Qualcomm, where responsibilities included leading software teams and developing automated audio processing software. Current engagement is as a Software Engineering Manager at Google since December 2022. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
