Chris DeRusha

Chris DeRusha is an experienced executive currently serving as the Director of Global Public Sector Compliance at Google. They have previously held significant roles in cybersecurity and information security, including positions as the Federal Chief Information Security Officer and Deputy National Cyber Director at the Executive Office of the President. Chris's past experience includes advising the Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and leading cybersecurity initiatives for the State of Michigan. They are furthering their education with a Master’s Degree in National Security Studies from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
