Christina Browne

Christina Browne is a visionary HR leader with 15 years of progressive experience in building and scaling recruitment operations across EMEA. Currently serving as the Staffing Lead for Google Cloud EMEA, they lead a team of recruiters focusing on diverse business functions. Christina has held various roles, including Technical Sourcing Lead at Google, where they managed engineering sourcers, and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Stelfox. They began their career as a Barista at Intel while completing their undergraduate studies and have cultivated strong customer service and leadership skills throughout their professional journey. Christina holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth.
