Christine Rafla

Christine Rafla has extensive experience in information technology, primarily in site reliability engineering and system administration at Google since December 2017. Prior to this, Christine worked as a Help Desk Technician and Support Coordinator at the University of California San Diego, where responsibilities included providing technical support, managing help desk operations, and training student staff. Christine has also held positions as a Help Desk Programmer and Research Assistant at the Congressional Management Foundation. Christine obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies with a focus on Linguistics from UC San Diego in 2013.
