Christopher W. has extensive experience at Google, starting as a Performance Management Analyst and Associate Compensation Manager from September 2009 to September 2010, where responsibilities included shaping Google's Compensation philosophy and collaborating cross-functionally. Christopher also served as a Benefits Analyst and Compensation Analyst, focusing on salary, bonus, and equity guidelines to enhance the meritocratic environment. As a Program Manager, Christopher developed business cases for HR technology integration, re-aligned team structures to improve user journey focus, and created a GDPR implementation strategy in collaboration with legal and engineering teams. Currently, Christopher holds the position of Senior Program Manager – Privacy, while also having experience as a Sales Onboarding Specialist and Global Communications and Public Affairs Intern since August 2019.
