Chuwen Long

Chuwen (Queenie) Long is currently the Country Process Owner for People Experience in mainland China and Hong Kong at Google, where they focus on talent engagement and employer branding. With over five years of experience, they are an expert in diversity, equity, and inclusion, emphasizing disability inclusion and women empowerment within the tech industry. Previously, Chuwen contributed to programs at Google as a Senior Program Manager and served as the APAC University Outreach Lead for the #IAmRemarkable initiative. Chuwen holds degrees from Sun Yat-Sen University, The University of Queensland, and King’s Business School, and is pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King’s College London.
