Cinthia López is currently the Director of People Operations at Google, where they oversee the Talent Outreach strategy for the Americas and the design and delivery of global internship programs. With over 20 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles, Cinthia previously held multiple positions at Capital One, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Vice President of University Recruiting and Programs. They have a strong background in talent management, diversity and inclusion, and have successfully implemented innovative strategies to enhance employee experiences. Cinthia is also pursuing an executive education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
